Job Interview Tip: Thatcher+Co.’s annual retreat brings together all its employees from around the country for a week in NYC—typically the week following our New Year’s Eve party. But as our employees will attest, the company retreat is more of an excuse to try some of the best restaurants in NYC. We guess the same can be said throughout the year with staff meetings, birthday celebrations, company milestones, etc. So, if you interview with Thatcher+Co., make sure you give the right answer when you are asked, “Do you like to eat?”
